Very solid and optimistic. Race totally changed tonight.

Rubio is trying really hard to give Obama's post-NH Prinary loss speech from 2008 but he's just not confident enough not as good a speechwriter. Why do people keep talking him up like he even holds a candle to the President's oratory skills?

No one is Obama man. That guy is once in a generation. Rubio's speed was rock solid. He won the night.

Well, he overperformed expectations, I'll give him that. He's far from the "Republican Obama", though.

I'm planning on voting Bernie in Nobember, but this was a great speech. Of all the Republicans, this is the guy who could really reach out to both sides. Probably the least polarizing of all the Republicans running. If the Republicans want to have a chance to win, this is who they should nominate.

Rubio's rhetoric has been that of a radical right wing extremist lately and if elected he'd be a bigger puppet for the far right than Bush.

Stop with this nonsense about him being one of the sensible ones.

That's just wrong though. Give the guy his due.

I'm not talking about this speech in particular,  but the whole of his campaigning and platform.

If you're won over by a substanceless speech at a post-caucus pep rally,  that's your problem.

Agreed. Still, a good evening for Rubio, and a not-so-great evening for Trump.

Not at all. But of those running, he IS the most sensible.

He won the night, for sure. An unprecedented surge to come within a 1% margin of an "unstoppable" frontrunner?

Ted comes in a close 2nd. What a night.
