According to CNN:

Hillary Clinton: 409
Bernie Sanders: 34
Martin O'Malley: 5 (likely going to Sanders)

And on the Republican side:

Ted Cruz: 7
Donald Trump: 6
Marco Rubio: 6

He is dropping out.  Most of his supporters would likely support Bernie Sanders, so therefore I imagine that his delegates would follow suit.
