I'm expecting for Trump to either accuse Cruz of being an illegal immigrant and/or not a US citizen, or use a LOT of racial slurs against Cruz. Either way, it won't be pretty.

Either the case will be dismissed or Trump will make a fool of himself in court. The Carson thing didn't flip 5k votes, and voter fraud is just not an issue in this country. It's time to stop being a sore loser and realize that winning all 50 states as a non-incumbent almost never happens.

If he really were to proceed with a frivolous lawsuit against Cruz, it would almost be silly not to go ahead and bring the eligibility challenge at the same time given how much energy Trump already put into that attack.
