Yes, though I'm not the most extreme person on this board by any stretch of the imagination.

I have some extreme positions, I'm not so much of an attention whore to put up a thread and ask people, so I'm not sure what I'm considered.

I consider myself a moderate with regards to the political compass, but an extremist with respect to the current political establishment. So overall, I would say, yes, extremist... pushed here by events.

In comparison to other people, yes. Do I believe that my views are reasonable? Of course.

No.  I'm neither a fascist, nor a communist, nor an anarchist.

classic A18 poll, no option for No/Libertarian.  I would vote yes, even if the option were available.  Of course I need a positive spin, so rather than calling myself "extremist", I call myself "absolutist".

Well, it's kind of odd to just post stuff that's completely off topic, but alright.

His point, Philip, was that even the most moderate of people tend to have one or two extreme opinions.  For example, I believe it should be legal to eat babies, so long as they're covered in whipped cream.

For that reason, everybody is in a way an extremist.

(D) Yes, but keep in mind that I'm not a Democrat extremist; I just happen to have plenty of extreme positions while remaining in the Democratic Party.

It depends on the meaning of the term 'extremist'.

I don't consider myself to be one since I am rational. However, I would admit to being far-left.

I see no connection between those two posts other than they're both English.

No, I do not consider standing on principle to be extremist but I realized that others do.
