Uh well, Ilikeverin.  I got mad at him near when I first got here when he was posting all of those anti-south regional maps.  I have a positive opinion of him now.

I'm blushing all over Smiley

(Although they were anti-South district maps, there is a difference! Tongue)

And lest we forget, I was the one who posted the district map that put Minnesota with the Southeast. Smiley

AAAAAH!  NOOOOOO!  REFERENCE TO REGIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF DISTRICTS!  *beats Gabu with the Super Beating Stick 2006*

Hey, the entire region of the Southeast was included in the same district as Minnesota was, so there's absolutely nothing non-factual about what I said. Tongue

Interestingly, Harry, Ebowed, and Preston have all forced me to change my opinions of them. I used to hold alot of animosity to populists, especially Harry.

When I first arrived here, I was very far-left. I assume I probably sympathized with different people back then, but since John Dibble and the libertarian Republicans have corrupted me. Wink
I was cautious about the Libertarian guys at first, but look what happened! Tongue

BRTD, at first I thought he was just a far left pinko commie who's obsessed with strip clubs and hot guerillas.  Now I realize he has a great deal of knowlege about foreign policy and world history.

My picks are patrick1 and supersoulty and to a lesser extent KeystonePhil.  The 2nd Great PA rivalry after Wakie-supersoulty was natually me-supersoulty until Keystone came on.  I never understood why ANYONE would like Rick Santorum, hence I got on him quite hard about that.  I still think Rick Santorum is an asshole, but not supersoulty AT ALL.  I thought he was just one of these clown rednecks from upstate PA that took baseless shots at Philly and I found later he knows what he's talking about.  After that came the Great PA 13 rivalry with me and Keystone.  Now, there will probably NEVER be peace with that one, but at least we both recognize it.  patrick1, same thing.  Our backgrounds are very similar and it seems our opposite ideologies are very reflective of what I go through with Repub friends in my area.

opebo

I used to think he was somewhat serious. Now I'm convinced he just gets a kick out of posting really crazy stuff. No sane person could support a $15 minimum wage...

My opinion of Opebo improved greatly. He used to come across as a 1995-style Republican, but I think my opinion of him changed when he said something about the Bushes' heads being long and horsey-like.

Yeah, well in Opebo's case, he actually changed a lot.

My opinions of States Rights jumps around a lot, at his best he's an hilarious anti-political correctness crusader, but at his worst he can be a homphobic bigot.

At least in fantasy, he often seems to be fighting against the establishment. (I don't mean on actual policy matters, I mean just changing the way things are done and doing things no one else would do)

My opinion of opebo improved a lot when he went through his change, I used to consider him a fascist. Of course I got a little disturbed when I learned his views on NAMBLA and all that. I also like PBrunsel a lot more than when he originally came and he was a little "out there". My opinion of migrendel has dropped quite a bit since when I first came here, mostly due to his view on "post-birth abortion"

Here's a surprise, but my choice is to Phil as well.
I had originally thought Keystone Phil always instigated problems w/ other forumers, and I kindof still do; nevertheless, I have a very positive opinion of him; he's always been pretty helpful and polite to me.

I will give Migrendel credit for improving.

He used to engage in pomposity, but now is writing less tedious posts.

Also, unlike JFraud, he admits when he is called on factual mistatements.

I encourage everyone to go to the international board where JFraud posted a thread claiming the King of Saudi Arabia was dead.

Damn you Alcon.

Anyways, here's CarlHayden slandering me. He has a problem with the facts, not me.

Jfraud and AuH2O are both equally insane and annoying, so I'm going to sit this one out.

Vote trading!  Vote jfern this round and I will vote AUH2O next round.
Generally I'm opposed to this sort of thing, but JFern's claim to be a cop a few months ago really went over the line.

I am temporarily locking this thread because jfern is incapable of self-restraint.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience to everyone who is not jfern on this message board.
