For reference, in 2008 the breakdown was 5 for Clinton and 5 for Obama. This time round, I think 8 for Sanders and 2 for Clinton seems reasonable, with Clinton's best county being Rockingham County and Sanders's best county being Grafton County.

The counties are listed by strength for each candidate. I'm assuming a 57-41 Bernie win.
