The presidency of Trump has been very controversial as his approval entering the election stands at 46% . On September 11th 2001  one of the worst attacks in American history  occured by terrorists killing nearly 3000 people. In response to the Terror strikes Trump vowed to go after the people who committed this , and did so by sending in special forces to coordinate with the Norther Alliance to take out Osama Bin Ladin at Tora Bora. After that Trump made a very controversial decision to make an alliance with Suddam Hussain in this new war on terror, which many people believed to  have violated the Gulf War surrender agreements by keeping WMD's. Aslo another controversial thing is warrentless wiretapping in Trumps term. On the Domestic Side, Trump has been very aggressive protectionist, by cancelling NAFTA by limiting H1b's coming to this country and heavily taxing and fining companies who hire illegal immigrants. He though has seen the contry's surplus be squandered due to his expensive healthcare plan which gives subsidies to people who cant afford it afford it without raising taxes , and with an economy weaker then it was 4 years ago. Trump pledges to stay the course saying that he is making America Great again . Currently the House is held by the Democrats 224-211, and the Senate is a 50-50 tie.

Former President Al Gore has challenged Trump anger over his reversal of his Free Trade Policies, and saying that any Democrat who allies with a Fasict is not a true Democrat. He also says  that Trump has ignored enviromental concerrns and problems with education and vows to fix them. Lastly he says that warrentless wiretapping is unconstitutional

Trump though reminded voters that Gore divided the Democratic party, and became the first incumbent president to come in third place since Taft in 1912 and also lost the house for the first time in 38 years.

Vice President John Kasich is hammering Trump over the troubled economy and over squandering the surplus calling Trump irresponsible and reminds voters that when Bush/ and he left office the economy was better then it ever was in American history , and we were on track of paying of our debt by 2008 compared to now where we are not expected to even have a surplus until 2009. He also touts his experience and says he is the only candidate who can reverse this mess.

Governor Jeb Bush is running on bringing back the policies of his father claiming they were successful and popular , but distances himself with Kasich by saying that while Kasich was Vice President he was governor which means he has more experience in bringing those policies back though Kasich strikes back by reminding people that President Bush was Reagan's vp and other governors criticized him for the same thing in 92.

Dick Cheney though is running on changing America's foreign policy claiming its still to weak as we have let a theocratic government remain in Afghanistan claiming that while Bin Ladin has died he has let the same conditions which let Bin Ladin become powerful stay. He has also attacked him on allying with Suddam Hussain who he claims has made it clear he doesnt respect other countries boundaries and believes he should be the emperor over the entire  gulf region.

Governor Rudy Giuliani is running on his post 9/11 policies of rebuliding NY city and New York saying he will ring that leadership to America

John Kasich and Trump have won their respective nominations . Now lets head to their campings for the victory speech.

Trump: Thank You for the opportunity from continuing to make America great for the next 4 years, we wont disappoint and will not crumble from the pressure from our enemies abroad and at home.

Kasich: Thanks for this great opportunity to be the GOP's nominee. We promise to return the country fortunes back to where it was from 1993-2001.  We will balence the budget again , defeat the terroists, and unite this country instead of dividing it
