New Hampshirites aren't going to respond to this type of blatant racism. Sure, there are plenty of racist people everywhere, but what affects whether or not this type of blatant narrative works - or to what extent - is largely determined by the number of non-white people living in close proximity to the whites being targeted. An auxiliary effect is the amount of non-white culture that is experienced in the areas.

People in New Hampshire, largely-speaking, do not live around any significant minority populations or have significant local/regional cultural exposure to minorities. This is why the narrative works in the South and in some suburban and urban areas around the country, but not in rural areas that are almost exclusively white and completely isolated from any semblance of minority exposure (this is also why many of those areas remain quite liberal).

Ol' William Johnson - if he wants to do more harm than good - should learn about the definition of "microtargeting", and deploy his robo-calls exclusively to precincts in New Hampshire where there just so happen to be larger minority populations.
