1. The Midwest hereby approves moving the state of Montana from the Pacific Region to the Midwest Region,
2. The Midwest hereby also approves moving the state of New Mexico from the Midwest Region to the Pacific Region.
3. This transaction will occur on July 1st.

BTW, is anyone currently registered in Montana?

True Democrat is, but he's okay with moving out of Montana in order to stay in the Pacific region.  The date for this bill to come into effect (July 1) was specifically tailored to accomodate True Democrat.
