Trump won the exchange, from the perspective of people who already support him. That's a group with a fairly low ceiling, as we saw in Iowa.

With people who don't already support him, the people he needs to win over, that was not a good exchange.

Christie called out Rubio for being able to do nothing other than reciting his stump speech.  Rubio responded by reciting a stump speech.  Rubio got booed a lot.

He recited his stump speech three times. It was not a good moment for Rubio.

Also, it's now impossible to watch Rubio talk without realizing it's a canned stump speech.
