Truth be told, I actually agree with him. Women should still be folded into the process, but as someone who went to university in a town that also hosted Canada's Royal Military College, I can say that most of the young recruits were exceptionally uncritical and aggressive people who were eager to go to war and blow things up. They stood united against anti-rape campaigns and wanted to start men's rights clubs.

I'm not a fan of the the type of people who generally go into the military. Sue me.

True, but it had to be too good to be true. The reporter who twittered the false spin, John Harwood, needs to be fired, and scorned. He's either dishonest or incompetent. This one is not Lief's fault. It's the reporter's. So Lief needs the headline changed, but no infraction. He's as innocent as a newborn babe on this one - for once.

220 pounds sounds arbitrary until you realize that's what you get when you convert 100 kilograms. Did Ted Cruz just expose himself as a metricist like Lincoln Chafee? If so then yes, he's done.
