Economic score: +2.71
Social score: -2.61 Note your scores and Login to your Atlas Account to Save your Scores

Your score pegs you as economically center-capitalist and socially center-libertarian.

Center-capitalists often support free trade and low taxes, but take pragmatic stances on economic issues, supporting what they see as the best balance between encouraging business and maintaining free trade.

Social center-libertarians generally have moderate social views, with a slight lean toward avoiding government intervention. However, they support government intervention in matters that they see as threats to society.

Apparently somewhere in between Libertarianism and Libertarian Capitalism. Not a big surprise.

Can't find the old Political Matrix thread, so I'll just say here that I retook the test for the first time in ages, and, as I expected, I've become more FISCALLY LIBERAL BUT SOCIALLY CONSERVATIVE.

Econ score: -6.45 to -7.87
Social score: -4.87 to -3.83

Hope that's enough to gain honorary admission into the Atlas Populist Club. Wink

Center-capitalist moderate authoritarian, although anyone who knows my views on both economic or social issues knows that I have a rather purist view of free markets and individual liberty that does not translate very accurately on these types of tests.

I have a lower economic score than ever and a higher social score than ever. Started out at 8.52/0.72 or something like that when I signed up almost two years ago. But nationalism and free-market capitalism are not actually that compatible and ultimately I care much more about my people than about muh freedumb/marketzz.

I think I last took the test fairly recently, but I don't remember exactly when so I decided to take it again.

Economic score: +4.00
Social score: -4.35

Your score pegs you as economically moderately capitalist and socially moderately libertarian.

Moderate capitalists usually support free trade and low taxes, but take pragmatic stances according to what they believe will be best for business and workers.

Moderate social libertarians generally favor a hands-off approach to social legislation. They may believe that the government has no right to enforce morals, but may support certain controls on individual rights to avoid crime, drug use, or similar social ills.

I guess that's pretty accurate. When I first took the quiz in 2010 I think I was somewhere around  E+8/S-3, so apparently I've moderated over the years, which I suppose makes sense.
