I think I last took the test fairly recently, but I don't remember exactly when so I decided to take it again.

I guess that's pretty accurate. When I first took the quiz in 2010 I think I was somewhere around  E+8/S-3, so apparently I've moderated over the years, which I suppose makes sense.
