I don't think Cuomo will run. I think he's finished in 18. I wouldn't rule out Sanders giving it another shot either, or Tom Wolfe of PA. On the GOP side it's a big if if Rubio holds onto his senate seat, I think that Sandoval is a possibility also, also Rob Portman.

Sanders would be 78 at the time. Tom Wolf has no name recognition outside of PA. Rubio isn't running for his senate seat.

Either way, these threads aren't often accurate. (Who would have predicted Sanders or Trump running in 2012? Who would have predicted Cain running in 2008?)
