Does anyone else see this and think of jimrtex's apportionment tables? Looks like Rubio is on the bubble of losing a seat if he keeps trending down.

Trump received more votes than Romney in 2012. Kasich got more than Huntsman as well.

But Clinton's share was higher by 2.6%, so there.  (IOW: a draw, of sorts)
