Let's dispel once and for all with this fiction that Marco Rubio knows what he's doing. Marco Rubio has no idea what he's doing.

Christie ended being a stalking horse for Rubio. He wounded Rubio without benefiting himself but ended up helping others, in this case Kasich.

Rubio was the most dangerous and false candidate. Americans owe Christie a lot for exposing a stooge.

Kasich likely second, but third is completely up in the air still.

Anyone with more historical knowledge than myself, when was the last time someone who has never held a political office won a primary? Has there ever been an example?

Probably the best possible result for TRUMP.  He finished in first and the low energy candidates are all clustered together and can make a plausible case to stay in the race.

Please visit your doctor. There seems to be something wrong with your sense of smell.

Any chance Christie drops out tonight?

My prediction is yes. Coming in 4th in the establishment lane (behind Kasich, Jeb!, and Rubio) in a state he focused on is a loss as big as Christie himself.

He's not that far behind Bush and Rubio however, and since Kasich is going nowhere nationally, I don't see why Christie should be dropping out after tonight.

But he's still behind them. The best he can do is just split the vote and give it to Cruz/Trump.

It last happened in 1996 with both Buchanan and Forbes winning multiple primaries.  Before that, you've got Jesse Jackson in 1988, etc.

ACK! I have no excuse for not knowing that. Forgive my ignorance. Trumpmania swept me away.
