He should endorse Rubio and then laugh.

Coin flip between Jeb and Kasich, I'll go with Jeb.

Hard to say, either Kasich or Jeb. But I think he’ll wait a few weeks, until the final “establishment-candidate” (other than Rubio) emerges.

How is Christie's personal relationship with each of them?

I bet he holds off on endorsing until one of Jeb or Kasich is out

That is what I would do. He would prefer to support Jeb if he thinks he has a hope of becoming viable again. Jeb is more hawkish than Kasich, and that would be Christie's preference.

I think he will see which of Jeb or Kasich emerges stronger out of SC.

He endorses no one as he drops out. And he shouldn't, things are a clusterfork right now.

I think he will hold off and see if Jeb or Kasich can pick up some momentum. If either one does I believe he will endorse one of them.

If they both fade and its a race between Cruz and Trump in a month I believe he will endorse Trump for sure.

Yeah, I think Christie would prefer to endorse one of the remaining Governors in the race, which I hope favors Kasich. But as you say, I think he'll hold off until things clear up a bit...

I know he won't, but it would be hilarious if he endorsed Rubio

He's not endorsing Trump... If Bush or Kasich really start to have a chance of going somewhere, he will endorse that one person. If not, he is going to wait until the general and hold his nose and support Cruz or Trump.
