Hispanics will definitely be easier. Sanders' two black surrogates are Killer Mike (no political experience) and Nina Turner (no name recognition).

What about Colonel West? Or Ben Jealous, ex-NAACP head?

He is meeting Al Sharpton for breakfast or dinner.

Cornel "Obama is the first n***erized black president" West's endorsement is worthless. Ben Jealous, maybe, but the NAACP isn't at ubiquitous as it used to be.

Al Sharpton's endorsement would definitely be a good get for Sanders if he could get it, if only for his connections.
