Neither group is exactly that familiar with him and he has no regional or social appeal with them, so the answer is equally difficult. Percentage wise, he'll get more votes from Hispanics, but he won't win them.

Blacks and Hispanics are not particularly prone to buying into over promising or ideological purity politics, they do actually want someone who can get results.
