The thing is with globalisation we essentially have global government already, expect a confusing and shadowy one headed by elite institutions.

Absolutely not (doesn't trust that much power in that centralised of a government)

A world government doesn't have to be centralised. Ideally power should be taken both upwards and downwards from national governments - why is it any better for someone in rural Queensland to be ruled by Genoa as opposed to Canberra?

Absolutely not. Even if I did support it, it is extremely optimistic to think this would actually work.

Literally something you could say about the creation of centralised nation-states to begin with.
