Ignoring Gilmore, Carson will after South Carolina. The next one after that will probably be Kasich once everybody realizes he's a one state phenomenon, and then from there it depends on who does better in South Carolina and Nevada between Bush and Rubio. If Rubio can't beat Bush, he drops sometime in March, Bush becomes the establishment candidates and lives on for awhile, or vise versa.
