Hillary's winning the health care argument on merits, but I suspect she's not coming across well to Democratic voters.

Ugh, Clinton goes straight to personal attacks. She always pumps her body up and down when she's doing this like a petulant child. And the problem with her whole argument is that neither of them can realistically implement their plans with this Congress.

Sanders is talking about bread and butter issues that matter to the American people.

Hillary needs to show that she is not an angry old lady. She's doing a poor job at it right now.

The Clinton team needs to offer hope and new solutions, not attack a guy with 90% approval ratings, she just comes off as bitter and mad.

Maybe if she smirks at random times while she's attacking Sanders?
I think "smirk more" and "say 'the numbers dont add up'" were the two bits of advice her debate coach gave her.

Clinton is chasing Sanders to the left again and coming off too negative.

She needs to be more positive, needs to stand on her own two feet and call out Sanders for being a leftist loon.

Bernie says what he believes, Clinton tries to chase him ideologically.....he is coming off much better here.

Clinton acts like Sanders' plan is we're going to repeal Obamacare and then start the fight for single payer with a giant break in between.

My reading of it as well.

Sanders is winning so far, but only because he, unlike Clinton, is not wearing that... thing.

Hillary is articulating her position very well on health care, tbh.

It clashes with... everything. Every single thing on the stage.

Bernie: "We gotta fight for universal healthcare!"
Hillary: "Eh, I'm done fighting."

Once again she keeps coming off as the candidate of 'no' but still tries to tact to the left.

Clinton is already starting to sound like a broken record and her sleeves are too short.

Sanders is going full anti-Obama.

-Hitting the high black unemployment
-Hitting the infrastructure problem
-Real unemployment is 10%

Clinton is making some good points, but she's coming across as quite negative, which is probably not the right way to go right now.

Every other developed country has a better healthcare system than us.

Canada used to, but they don't anymore thanks to Obamacare. I, like Clinton but unlike Sanders, don't want to slide back to Canada's level.

Now if Sanders were proposing a British-style system, I'd be interested. Not sure how to do that without blowing up a huge section of the economy and putting millions out of work, but at least we'd get a superior system out of it.

Sanders just keeps throwing out the same slogans and it works for him.

Sanders is losing the debate so far, IMO.

Sanders just keeps throwing out the same slogans.

That's exactly his problem. He just keeps repeating the same talking points again and again. This won't work well for him in a general election.

For those that have studied Jomini and military history, Sanders has the initiative and is absolutely dictating the terms of the ideological debate.

He makes claims and advocates for positions, she is stuck reacting and blocking him. She never takes the initiative.

I really do start to worry about Hilldawg's campaign when I see them make decisions like wearing whatever that is...
