I've been searching around to find hints on when Gilmore might finally give up, and finally found this:

I know we joke and kid on here but he genuinely seems like a really top guy.

Along with Sanders and possibly Kasich, he's one of the few candidates who has a fundamental & authentic sincerity, decency and honesty about him.

So long you massive FF. It just wasn't your time. Sad

I was sort of assuming he would just never drop out, but not really do any campaigning whatsoever.

He hasn't dropped out yet, nor has he really given any indication that he will.

He would make a terrific Secretary of Homeland Security in a Republican Candidate. Really, though,

My question is this:  Why should he be excluded from the debates at this point?  Poll or no poll, that is discrimination against Gilmore on grounds of money.  He's no less electable than Christie was a week ago, and he might be a breath of fresh air from the Establishment wing.

I don't know the exact numbers but my guess would be that he's on the ballot in maybe five of the 30 or so states where the presidential primary filing deadlines have passed.

He's not included in the debates because he's not really running for President.

Don't worry, he'll run again in 2020 and become Harold Stassen 2.0

Stassen came close to winning the first primary he ran in in 1948.

Has Gilmore's campaign already gone dark?  I don't see new Twitter or Facebook posts by him since NH primary day.  He was supposed to fly down to South Carolina and do a campaign event in Spartanburg, but I can't find any indication that that event happened.  Some guy on Twitter said the following:

So what happened to him?  Did he have a heart attack in the airport and lapse into a coma, and the media didn't notice?

In any case, you can see some cool pictures of Gilmore's last day on the trail in New Hampshire here:

Do any of the people in that photo know who Jim Gilmore is besides Jim Gilmore himself?

I've been wondering about this Gilmore guy:

Is he totally deluded, or is he actually in on the joke of his campaign being a joke? I noticed that he's retweetet some ironic supporters, but shows no sign of being aware of the nature of their "support".

Does he even have any campaign staff or does the entire campaign basically just consist of him sending out a couple of tweets a week?

Yeah, a better version of that would be Santorum if he keeps running.

He should hold out until Super Tuesday, I have a feeling he'll pick up a few states.
