They are putting, CNN & MSNBC refused to give a long slot. But they agreed for 2 minute ad I think.

But yeah, this ad could help him solidify support with young African Americans.  It's also a bit risky, as I could see lots of white people (especially in South Carolina, where I assume this ad is being targeted) reacting negatively to it, but I guess Sanders figures that he has more to gain than lose here.
