Suppose a hand-raising question is asked in the debate:  "Raise your hand if you think the Senate should refuse to approve any supreme court justice nominated by President Obama, no matter what that justice's legal background and philosophy may be."

Who would raise their hand?

All of them will have to, sadly.

All of them would. Cruz and Rubio are in the Senate and I believe they have already made statements to that effect, and the rest have nothing to lose by saying that.

Kasich has something to lose.  Bonus:  Would Kasich or Bush call out the other four if it was the 4-2 difference Atlas is saying it would be?

I could see Kasich seizing his moment here.

I can see Trump or Kasich refusing, but the other four will do so enthusiastically.

All of them. They know Obama is a partisan hack and his nominee would be poison.
