I think Chuck Todd said it best: this debate was like the finale of "Reservoir Dogs".

I am so glad I am not a Republican right now.

It's not as if the Democratic candidates are much better this year lol

Um, yes they are.

Well, it's subjective.

Objectively, you have a 70-something year old who does little but complain about the "billionahs" and an almost-70-year-old who is basically universally considering dishonest and corrupt.

And that these clowns make Bernie and Hillary look like FDR and LBJ in comparison tells you just how bad they all are.

It is certainly a terrible collection of people they've chosen for us to elect as Leader of the Free World and whatnot.

May whatever deity or special force that exists (if none exist) help us all.

Overall, Bush had a good debate, Cruz reiterated his points, Rubio was only semi-robotic, Carson was MIA and Trump was his vintage mudwrestling self. Kasich stayed out of it mostly.

Overall I see very little change in the race other than a small bump for Kasich and a big loss for Carson.

The last poll had Carson at 5% in South Carolina.  How much lower can he go?

Edit: 2% in ARG poll, but I don't know how credible they are.  They also have Kasich in a statistically insignificant second place.

Kasich on FNC right now claiming he's in second in SC but won't try to win.
That is not how you play the expectations game, governor.

ARG was the first to note the Kasich uptick in NH.

Yes, but they had him at 20%, only 7% behind Trump.  He lost by more than 20% to Trump.  While that poll did pick up the trend, I highly doubt their percentages were even close to being correct at the time of their poll.

This poll also shows him in a statistically insignificant second place unlike that poll.  Kasich is the only Republican whose politics I like, so, I'd love it if this poll were the final result.

Kasich ending up in second place would probably end Cruz's run and Rubio would likely be mortally wounded but stick around for Nevada.  Even Jeb Bush might reconsider staying in the race though he certainly has the money to do so (or at least his super PAC does.)
