Walker would like to be VP, and might be a selection for some Establishment candidate.  He's an Establishment Guy now, given that he withdrew in the name of Stopping Trump the Terrible.  Unsuspending his campaign would be defeating that purpose.

I thought Scott Walker's utter failure of a campaign would finally convince Atlas that he is a completely boring and forgettable candidate to everyone other than political junkies on the internet. Oh well.

It'd be hilarious after saying God told him to drop out and inspire others to do the same.
