The Supreme Court will become one of the top issues. I could easily see another government shutdown happening.

How does this make a democratic victory likely?

Think about how the events would logically play out. Obama nominates somebody, conservatives freak out, attempt government shutdown, etc.

Everyone keep an eye out for this guy: Sri Srinivasan

Next Supreme Court Justice, calling it now.

Unfortunately, that's not gonna happen.

Plot Twist: Obama nominates himself, or Madam President does once inaugurated. Peak trolling

That wouldn't end well, even if it's trolling.

The more I think about it, the more I think it is likely that he was poisoned by an assassin hired by a public sector union. Remember, the SC was likely to rule forced public union dues unconstitutional later this year .
Amazing Eisenhower used to run this party. Sad to see what it's turned into.

I don't think Boschembechle is actually a Republican.

If you want to have some fun, look at the comments on FOX News and Breitbart. They seem to completely seriously believe that Obama murdered Scalia.

Justice Kennedy was confirmed by the Senate during Reagan's final year in office and it was a Dem majority Senate....just saying.

Were the Democrats at the time as partisan as the Republicans are now?

Say that again on Nov 9 when you're in shock of president-elect Ted Cruz.

Lol,  it would be so cool if Ted Cruz turns out to be the GOP nominee.

A Cruz v Sanders race would be awesome because it would be an honest debate of the issues.

I have been saying this for quite a while. Cruz and Sanders are both honest people who are not corrupt, unlike certain other candidates.

Tell us that you are pulling our leg.
You cant be serious ?

I'm 100% serious. It's not all of them, but quite a few of them.

Wow !
If you (or anyone) have a video link to this, I would love to see (and laugh at) it.

I don't mean an actual part of FOX News, I mean a lot of the commenters seem to think so.
