HP, but "opinion of" polls shouldn't be done on the day people die.

HP, terrible person. But I don't celebrate the death of someone who had a family, friends, and kids. Anyone who does is just as bad as he was.
If someone doesnt have family or friends (or even aquaintances) it's somehow better?

If you really want to ruffle feathers you should have polled "should scalia go to heaven or hell?"

A conservative troll, but a brilliant one. That makes him a certifiable HP with considerable writing skills.

He had his hilarious moments (the obergefell dissent was particularly entertaining), but he did a lot of damage in regard to the lives of minorities and state of the criminal justice system. Huge HP.

Also, seriously people? We're not allowed to discuss recently deceased political figures? This has never been precedent in the past and it shouldn't be now just because conservatives want a convenient excuse to shield Scalia from criticism.

Anyways, he was an amazing writer, but HP, for his extremist conservatism.

HP. But I would have preferred his resignation/retirement. I didn’t want him to die. May he rest in peace.
