My neighbor got the cops called on her last night because she saw a Hillary sign on her neighbors lawn so she stripped naked and started streaking down the street in a fit of rage while screaming that the Jews were in control of Trump who is letting Hillary take over the world....

I'm not even kidding...

Did this neighbor happen to be ProgressiveCanadian?

I thought ProgressiveCanadian was a man. ProgressiveCanadienne?

You really think someone would do that? Just go on the internet and tell lies?

Wow. The next time it's February 29, we'll be looking back at the first four years of the TRUMP Administration and talking about her bid for reelection. How about them apples.

Just donated to the Bernie campaign. I realized it's a bit hypocritical for me to act all excited and everything when I haven't been contributing in any way. Obviously it's not a big deal, but it's better than nothing.

Is that legal?

...

I haven't seen anything that would suggest otherwise. Should I be worried?!?

I assume you're not a US citizen. Unless you hold a green card (do you?) you're going to get Bernie sent to jail for campaign finance violations.

Seriously though, can I get in trouble? No, I don't have a green card.

I don't know. Most likely there won't be any consequences for you but the FEC's already investigating the Sanders campaign for accepting illegal foreign donations - you should definitely contact the campaign and explain so they can cancel your donation.

Obviously they're not actually going to go after you for donating $20 or whatever but, yeah, contact the Sanders camp and get a refund to be on the safe side.

Will do. Thanks for the tip.

It's definitely pretty f**king irresponsible for them not to even include an "Are you a US citizen?" question in the form you have to fill.

This should be a no-brainer. Us Americans don't go around donating to political campaigns in the UK.

Clicked back to the Atlas homepage, I got this warning message that my computer had been likely infected by a virus, got asked the answers to 2+1 and 1+1. Anyone know of some good free antivirus?

Getting ready to watch the Boston Marathon. I'll actually be paying attention this year, as my father is running in it.

Waterbury, VT is a great place to visit. But now I'm afraid that by saying that, I'll trigger a Hudsonpost from Torie.

Toured the Ben and Jerry's factory yesterday. Say what you will about their politics, but they make good ice cream.

Went to the Doctor today, turns out a build of fluid and pressure caused my ear drum to burst. I won't be able to hear out of my right eat for the next few months. Luckily, I'm on enough pain killer to make a Clydesdale see stars, so it doesn't hurt too much.

Sorry to hear that. I've had ear problems for a while too, so I can sympathize.

...And I'm forced to spend the rest of my Undergrad-Grad gap with the folks back in California.

3 jobs that wouldn't hold, and a car that I can't afford to keep running to keep running anymore make it so yeah.

A real shame, because I was really starting to like Lynchburg.

WHy would anyone live in a town called Lynchburg?

There's a playground around 15 minutes away from my house called Lynch Park. The implications are rather unfortunate.

I'm in a love triangle with two Spanish boys. It's not as fun as it might sound.

Are love triangles ever fun?

Yes, but only when you're on the outside of the triangle.

All these "opinion of <user>" threads are making me feel bad. I'm sure lots don't care, but also sure lots may actually care if they see a poll showing everyone hates them.

People can say "it's the internet, who care", but obviously there is a person on the other side of each username here. If you're truly just acting like yourself (and not a troll), and everyone rates you terribly, that has to mean something.

I agree.  Even though it's MK, I felt bad when he had like 30 dislikes and 0 likes.

I agree too. I really feel like everybody can be a good poster when they try, and now I regret starting that thread.
