This story is amusing. I will say this, sex workers have a unique perspective on our society, based  on the private nature of their work and the multitude of people in society they see in those compromised positions (physical, often emotional). I don't think this is what Hillary wants connected with her campaign, though. If the Obama campaign saw Lindsay Lohan as a liability in 2008, I don't see why Hookers for Hillary would be a positive in in 2016. The social sanction is just too great.
