What is problem with sponsoring bills? I will always do that for every citizen till i am in Legislature.

1. This is simply your idea for an amendment, it is not "amended."

2. It would be "2" not "II," as it's sections not articles, and it should also include something stating that the other sections' numbers are changed accordingly (e.g. Article III, Section 3 becomes Section 4).

Haslam should bring this amendment to a vote, and after that we can talk about the other one, should someone choose to sponsor it for you (which is ironic, yes).

Where did you amend it? I don't see an amendment...

If you want to see this happen, you should put the other bill in the South's legislation introduction thread, where presumably Haslam will sponsor it (and if you do so, Haslam, remember to put your name onto it, not Kingpoleon's Wink).
