So, will he or won't he?  And if he does intend to eventually endorse his former protege, he can't wait too long:

Friendship battered, Bush faces pressure to back Rubio:
Florida politicos scrambled on whether the senator will win the former governor’s endorsement.

I doubt Jeb endorses at all, at least not until there's a presumptive nominee.

I think Bush will be forced to endorse him. That way he can help Rubio at least consolidate Florida.

Even if it's TRUMP?

I actually think he will, but I wouldn't be upset if he didn't.

It would be best the Jeb waits until after Ohio, to give Kasich more traction, assuming Kasich is the last best hope for Ohio. I really want to see a new Ohio poll, so that we have a better idea of the lay of the land.

Working overtime to stump the TRUMP, like all other members of the Establishment, eh Torie?

He's just jealous that he's not as dynamic, inspirational, and beautiful as President Rubio.

In Florida some do.

Bushes are very vindictive, just ask McCain. I doubt he endorses.

Why would Jeb! do this? He's probably furious his low IQ protégé managed to get enough media handjobs to survive this far.

No one can force him to endorse - he'll go off and become a lobbyist and sit on this corporate board and that corporate board and make millions selling chewing gum or whatever for the rest of his life.

Money, true, but Jeb has been out of active Florida politics for almost 10 years now.

Does anybody really care about Jeb's endorsement?

Rubio does, and Florida's Republican Establishment does.

I thought Jeb! was about to endorse Rubio during his speech announcing the suspension of his campaign.  He sort of did so if you read between the lines, but he did not explicitly support Rubio.  I think Jeb! feels very betrayed by Rubio.  He shouldn't, in that Rubio was being recruited to run for President before Jeb! and his entourage felt it was safe for a 3rd Bush to give the Brass Ring a shot, but Rubio attacked him hard (although Jeb! attacked Rubio harder).

If Jeb! really wants to be President, he ought to (A) endorse Rubio now, and (B) run for Florida's open US Senate seat which Rubio is vacating.  There's always 2020 and 2024, and the Senate seat from Florida could give Jeb! an opportunity to sharpen his conservative bona fides.  If Jeb! wants the Presidency to be handed to him, that's not going to happen, and such a desire would say a lot about Jeb!, none of it good.

Jeb's endorsement didn't help Romney much in 2008.

No. How at my age can I know everything at once? Let me know if you make a Kasich sighting in Florida. In fact, let me know if you find him anywhere south of the Mason Dixon line from here on out.

I really doubt Jeb! runs again. I actually hope he goes back to the private sector. He'd be happier there.

He'd also be one of the few Bushes with a real job. I was looking through their family the other day. Not many who don't work as lobbyists or in elected office.

Apparently there are people who care. After all, there does exist this thread. And it is useless. As was the candidacy of Jeb "Tell your entire family to go away!" Bush.
