This might be a viable metaphor if they were trying to argue that Rubio wins in early states were going to slowly erode a large Trump lead that hadn't declined, but I'm not sure how losing those states to Trump can fit that metaphor.

There might be an appropriate metaphor out there for Rubio's strategy (Tortoise vs Hare, etc), and his candidacy at least has some hope if he can figure out a way to turn things around and actually win a state by Super Tuesday, but as a Harry Potter fan, I think I can say that this is not the right metaphor.

Really don't think it's a good idea for Rubio to compare himself to a little boy.

Bullsh*t. If any candidate is Lord Voldemort, that's obviously Ted Cruz.

This strategy actually worked for the previous Dutch PM (he didn't compare anyone with Voldemort, he just compared himself with Harry Potter). But Balkenende actually looked like Harry Potter.

I'd say Megyn Kelly as the smart woman who won't back down to patriarchy Lord Voldemort is Hermione

He should use this again if he ever runs against Rick Scott.

Nah, Neville in the end was useful.

Ron however has always been useless.
