I came from the right, and generally felt I've leaned that way and I'm sure most people read me as that.  I'm not anti-military and I don't think we should be afraid to use it when we should, that puts me on the right, but I do agree with most libertarians in that our use of the military has been less than ideal in the last few generations.  I agree with the libertarian consensus on the rest of the big stuff for the most part.  I don't think I'm to the left of average on anything.  I consider myself more pragmatic than most, but my internal biases could be swaying that opinion a bit.

So yeah, right I guess.

"A capitalist" is too broad a descriptor for most of us, friend.

I don't know if I'm really a Libertarian, but you could say that I lean that way. I'm quite right-wing, although I don't talk ideology much around here.

Because us "commies" support a system that does not subject humans to the dictatorship of others.

Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot were all commies and over a 100 million people were murdered. More people died under these commie regimes then any any other regimes. Commies must never be even elected to a single position as they are too evil

Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot all crushed workers' movements in there countries, centralized control to themselves and, in the case of Pol Pot, were even supported by the USA.(Hold on let me fact check here, I may be wrong)

Anarcho-Communists are so freaking pedantic. Do you really have to derail every thread like this?!?

In the sense that I'm a capitalist (i.e. in comparison to the aforementioned pedantic An-Coms) I'm obviously more right-wing.

Compared to well-known libertarians like Ron Paul, and lots of libertarians/pseudo-libertarians on this forum, I'm probably more left-wing. Yes, I know, I think the right to life begins before birth, so that makes me a conservative wing-nut (Roll Eyes), but my anti-war and anti-victimless crime views are enough to get me booed off a Republican Primary stage without opening my mouth.

I have positions that could fall on either side but net I'd say I lean right more than left.

I lean more to the right, but I have some socially liberal positions, like legalized marijuana and prostitution. However, I'm pro-life and pro-death penalty.

I'm right-wing, that much is obvious. The real question is, am I libertarian?
