Yeah congrats for drawing the line on unfettered free trade at slavery.  Bra-frickin-vo.

To be honest, that's at least better than it was before under the same Republican Congress! Low, low bar though.

The article says the is an 84 year old loophole, which means the FDR congresses, the LBJ congresses, and the Pelosi-Obama Congress all permitted it.

Not to mention Nixon, Reagan, and both Bushes. But you know, whatever.

If its 84 years old, everybody since Hoover was okay with it. And there was probably a larger loophole that this law fixed.
