The current tally of returned absentee ballots has black voters making up 76%.

Watch Vermont end up being the only state on the Democratic side with super high turnout.

I have a feeling this is going to be a bigger Clinton drubbing than I predicted.

I'm still predicting 59-38-3, but this low turnout is sounding really bad for Sanders.

At this rate I'm just hoping he comes within 30 points. Also, exit polls should be coming in 10-20 minutes but CNN says their coverage starts in 1 hour and 10 minutes.

-Those exit polls will only give us a breakdown of how many AA and white are voting, as well as what voters ideology and most important issues are.  They won't release the most important numbers till 7.

Yeah, by the time we get exit polls, they'll probably have called it for Clinton already. I didn't think Clinton would win 2-to-1, but with very low turnout, that seems possible, at this point.

There is something else that I had for some reason not taken into account.  In 2008, there still were a lot of white Democrats who were conservative in SC.  There won't be as many tonight.  We could see Blacks make up upwards of 60% of voters.

I think we are heading towards a 60-65% black electorate. The conservative whites that came out for Edwards and Clinton in 2008 are either dead or voting in the GOP primary now.

Most people I see are assuming that they only makeup 55% of the electorate.

Of course all of this needs to be taken with huge grains of salt, due to what happened last time in Nevada.  Of course I would rather be in Clinton camp tonight than in Bernie's.  It is telling though that Bernie is not even in South Carolina tonight, but in Texas.

Seriously, just 2 in 10 want someone more liberal than the guy who decided that NAFTA didn't do a good enough job of destroying South Carolina textile jobs and decided to have TPP? Damn.

Well,
You need to stop thinking white progressives are the core of the democratic party base, especially in South Carolina
