harry enten saying hillary will get 75% of the vote based on the exit poll data/

Wow, numbers like that could mean that she wins every county.

She probably only needs about 65% to win every county.

Seriously, just 2 in 10 want someone more liberal than the guy who decided that NAFTA didn't do a good enough job of destroying South Carolina textile jobs and decided to have TPP? Damn.
Well,
You need to stop thinking white progressives are the core of the democratic party base, especially in South Carolina

Only white progressives care about jobs?

Not everyone in the party thinks like an activist on the internet.

At a cursory glance, it looked like Trump won all the old mill towns.

If Bernie loses by more than -30 today and doesn't win at least VT, MA, MN and CO on Super Tuesday, it might be good game.

Here is the crazy thing about the core of the Democratic base, they are Democrats (as in registered self-identity as "Democrats").  My predfiction: the candidate that wins with Democrats is going to win the nomination. It's an insane off the wall outside the box notion, I know.

With an exit poll like that, it's hard to see Sanders breaking 35%.

Holy sh**t, she can't do that.  Maybe 65 at best, but that.  I can't see it.

Honestly that seems more likely than a 60/40 split at this point.

Apparently the Clinton Team's goal is to beat Sanders NH margin which was 22.4, so they need her to do more than just 60

These are exit polls, folks. Nothing more, and nothing less.

That being said, I would be pretty entertained if Clinton won 75%-25%.

Based on the exit dems....

If we assume they split whites and Clinton wins blacks 75-25, you're looking at around 66-33 split overall.

I have a feeling it is going to be quite a bit worse than that for Sanders.

SC was always going to be a great state for Clinton, so of course it'll be a good night for Clinton supporters. However, unless she really does win with more than 70%, I don't think this race alone is going to be a game-changer.

Exactly. I think those numbers are a bit generous to Sanders. He may lose both demographics by slightly more in which case Hillary could really make a push for 70%.

Exits for primaries are far better than entrances for caucuses, but there is still that disclaimer. Either way, if they are to be taken verbatim, I dont see how Bernie gets out of the mid 30s tonight.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/27/upshot/margin-of-victory-will-matter-as-clinton-counts-on-black-voters-in-south-carolina.html?rref=collection%2Fsectioncollection%2Fupshot

Upshot predicted this like 2 days ago. Obama ran a lot of white Democrats off to GOP/Trumpville.

I wouldn't. I'd be entertained if these exit polls were wrong and Clinton won 58-42.

There's no way she's winning more than 75%. That exists only in IceSpear's dreams.

Look at the demographics.

If they split whites and she wins 75-25 with blacks (which is close to what she got in NV I believe) she will get to 66%.

Like Rubio, though, he really needs to actually win states and get delegates if he wants to go all the way. Not winning Minnesota just means he's going to have to win another, likely less favorable state down the line.
