Well, the KKK has multiple incarnations. The group you mentioned is the original KKK, the worst of the bunch. It was revived in the 1920's as a secret society that wasn't violent for the most part, and a third time as a response to the Civil Rights movement.

Collectivist wanna-be terrorists who hide under white hoods. There are about 3,000 of them left, but as noted below, they still can be quite dangerous.

That being said, they also endorsed Ron Paul. Trump could certainly do more to disavow them, but why should he be blamed for this endorsement debacle? He can't control what David Duke says.
