Will Hurd (TX-23) is ditching Trump.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/the-latest-clinton-campaign-wont-confirm-leaked-emails/2016/10/07/bb0bfa6a-8ceb-11e6-8cdc-4fbb1973b506_story.html?tid=hybrid_experimentrandom_3_na

He's probably gone after November anyway. Might as well keep his dignity on the way out.

This is like watching a coup unfold in a developing country.

Well according to Donald Trump, America is now a developing country.

I want to laugh in everyone's face, who made fun of and knocked Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine when she decided in early August not to support or vote for the orange-haired clown.
She was right !

"I will not be voting for Donald Trump for president. This is not a decision I make lightly, for I am a lifelong Republican. But Donald Trump does not reflect historical Republican values nor the inclusive approach to governing that is critical to healing the divisions in our country."

Here's what I have thus far for GOP/Gov; included is anybody who at minimum has called for DJT to step down and at maximum has rescinded their endorsement and called for the same.

Seems like it'd be about time for Bruce Rauner to denounce Trump.

Rauner in Ill is strongly no comment.  Would be amusing if Trump crashed enough that the 20+ million he, Griffin, and Uhlein dumped into the legislative races came to naught.

Not sure why Bob Bentley is denouncing Trump, seeing as he had no qualms about grabbing his young female staffer by the pussy, leading Mrs. Bentley to divorce him and the Legislature to consider removing him from office over various related improprieties.

Yikes, Ryan is in a district too that could be competitive if say 15% of Republicans don't show up to vote, plus Trump voters not voting for him.

Why haven't Little Marco and Pat Toomey said anything yet?

Because they're in no-win situations.  Either position will cost them votes they can't afford to lose, especially Toomey.

Little Marco is ahead in the polls.  Toomey's supposedly behind.

Rick Scott and Pam Bondi went all in for Trump.  I don't think Marco will alienate them.  He'll "run his own campaign".  Florida is, very much, every man for himself in electoral politics.

Senator John Boozman (AR) basically says he'd like to punch Donald Trump's teeth out, but he doesn't unendorse.

Flashback: Remember when folks were skeptical of the #NeverTrump endorsements holding up?:

I wonder how many of "never Trump" crowd would eventually fall in line if he's nominated: "well yes, I had some doubts but the most important thing now is to unite and prevent Obama's third term".

I wish we would actually find out how many write-in votes Pence gets.

I do wish that folks like Portman would be intellectually honest.  Unless the GOP electors are pledged for Mike Pence for President, there is no way folks can "vote for Mike Pence".  Portman knows this, and, to my knowledge, there is no slate of electors in Ohio on the ballot for Pence.

If Portman had any stones, he'd actively call for Trump to withdraw.  Note that he didn't do it.  Of course, he's got Ted Strickland breathing down his neck, so . . .

He's clearly voting for Clinton.

Contrary to what Atlas thinks, not every Republican who doesn't endorse Trump is voting for Clinton.  In fact, almost none will.
