I know the Clintons are above the law, so nothing will happen. But he did say "pull the lever for Hillary" and do other campaigning inside of a polling place. Disgusting.

This is a state law you can not campaign within 150 feet of the polling place. He broke it but doubt there will be any consequences. Also looks like he was litterally blocking voters from voting.
