I've got 'em all (excluding AK, of course) - even Minnesota by county!

Some of these will need to be revised inevitably, due to preliminary results being so close to two gradients that they cross a threshold gradient after with the certified/final results. If you spot anything that's off, then let me know.

Great stuff. Few things though that are different according to multiple sources:

Addison, VT - Kasich has won here by about a point.
Roanoke, VA - Clinton won here by about nine, I think.
Essex, MA - Sanders here by about 0.7%

Just wanted to clear this up.

What source did you use for Minnesota? My numbers had Rubio narrowly winning St. Louis County.

What source did you use for Minnesota? My numbers had Rubio narrowly winning St. Louis County.

It looks like the results may be incomplete via the SoS. Either that or the entities listed as counties somehow are not; perhaps some of those House and Senate districts aren't overlap, but counted separately? I hope not. I assumed that the counties listed were whole counties and that for the counties not listed, I used the House and Senate districts' results instead.

They only have around 1,000 votes being cast in the primary on the website; it shows Trump with 412, Cruz with 400 and Rubio with 290.

HD 03B, HD 07A, and HD 07B are also in St. Louis County (Duluth portion, specifically).

So yeah...looks that way. Jesus. This is such a stupid way of handling results.

Yeah, it is. I emailed them about getting precinct results, but they said they weren't going to release them.
