I think polls in Puerto Rico are open from 9am to 3pm local time (which is 8am to 2pm ET).  At least, those are the times according to The Green Papers:

I'm trying a prediction:

38% Cruz
27% Rubio
21% Trump
11% Kasich
  3% Others

I will be surprised if TRUMP breaks double digits.

Polls are now open.  I wonder what turnout will be like.

I wouldn't be shocked if Trump does better than you think. There's a bit of a kinship between Puerto Rico and New York, Trump's home state.

With that said, Rubio was down there yesterday. He has the support of the RNC delegates there. I think Little Marco could have one of those participation trophy winning speeches today.

I doubt, that many of New York's Puerto Ricans are registered for the Puerto Rico Republican primary.

On the other hand, as Puerto Ricans would not be affected by anti immigration measueres, Rubio's appeal does not seem that much set in stone, does it?

Because Puerto Rico is bankrupt, they've severely cut the funding for elections, so the number of polling stations is down more than 90% as compared to last time:

Apparently Rubio held a campaign rally in PR yesterday. I believe he is the only one to visit the island.

Why are Democrats rooting against Rubio? Our best bet for a brokered convention is for him to pick up as many delegates as possible before the winner-take all states start.

Will he be able to parade this around as an example of how he's doing okay? I mean, it's a win, but it's Puerto Rico.

Could Bush break 5% despite not running anymore? I think he got 2% in Vermont.

I expect Rubio to win but it is only a win of any significance if he gets over 50%.

Rubio must win. If Rubio can't win here, he should obviously drop out, go home, and move back in with mommy because there'd literally be a zero chance of a political future for him. Tongue
