It won't hurt him, but I also don't think it'll help much. Maybe in FL but even that's a stretch.

Puerto Rico is not really a surprise - I obviously made the mistake of assuming TRUMP had any shot there but most political prognosticators probably assumed the man with the banner of the establishment was going to crush there.

Unless the amount of Puerto Rican Americans grow gigantically tonight, no.

This should allow him to be better positioned to win his home state of FL on 3/15.

No one cares about Puerto Rico, be it the primary or the place as a whole.

This is how Rubio's cheerleaders will react:

Rubio is the only one who has won over 50%!!!!!  Kasich needs to drop out!!!!!  Rubio will be the nominee!!!!!

Any momentum he gets out of this will be killed on Tuesday.

Probably not, PR has traditionally been won in landslides by establishment candidates anyways. So I am guessing most press nor pundits were particularly shocked by the result, therefore I see no reason why this would be viewed as Rubio beating Expectations. Rubio also is not well positioned in the next 4 states except for Hawaii that vote on Tuesday, so I am not sure how long he could harness any momentum he gets from a win today.   I also have a feeling the passing of Nancy Reagan will probably overshadow any  coverage of the PR Primary

Seeing as Puerto Ricans not living in PR hate the PR machine culture that gave the Boy Wonderless his victory, no.

Rubio won Puerto Rico? I think this calls for a foam party.

This is my view but it's getting too late.

I think that his victory will consolidate Trump as the winner in Michigan as voters will be between the other 3 to be the anti-Trump.

Outside of Atlas, almost no one was following the primary results in Maine and Puerto Rico today. Rubio likely won't get any help from his win there.

Looking at Hawaii, answer is clearly NO.

On to the DC Primary to try to get momentum for FL!

Wow, the DC Republican race has 19 delegates? That seems kind of high considering the lack of DC Republicans.
