Candidates with a (*) are not officially on the ballot yet and may not be there (they need to collect 6.000 signatures until March 18).

...

I'll vote for Irmgard Griss, a centrist former Supreme Court President and judge, to make her the first female President of Austria.

...

The candidates:

Rudolf Hundstorfer (SPÖ)

Andreas Khol (ÖVP)

Norbert Hofer (FPÖ)

Alexander Van der Bellen (Greens)

Irmgard Griss (Indy, endorsed by NEOS)

Richard Lugner (Indy)

Elfriede Awadalla (Indy, endorsed by KPÖ)

Robert Marschall (EU Exit Party)

I had difficulties to chose one person because all those candidates are boring but Alexander Van der Bellen although he is from Green Party (and all Greens are stupid and smells funny) got me with one thing from his biography on Wiki:

Sry, but you have a picture of Malala in your signature and you'd vote for Hofer ?

How does that work out ?

Are you sure you don't want to vote for Awadalla, VdB or maybe even Hundstorfer (even though he's a career politician glued to party posts from the former Socialist Party, now called Social Democratic Party) ?

Since he said he'd vote for PiS, I'm not that surprised.

The presidency is a useless position, and I want to abolish it, so I don't care. I would firmly vote SPO, in parliamentary elections, and there is a problem with un-controlled migration, immigrations and refugees not assimilating.
