I think that Kaisch should drop immediately. Atlasians like to call Rubio a loser, but Rubio is much more likely to win than Kasich. Rubio isn't a loser. Kasich is a loser. I like Kasich a lot. I absolutely love his political views, but he's doing nothing but helping TRUMP.  I like Kasich better than Rubio. Rubio has a better chance of winning though.

Kaisch is going to get crushed in Michigan. I was absolutely right. Trump is the perfect fit for Rust Belt working-class whites. Kasich hasn't won a single state. He might even lose Ohio. Kasich is doing nothing but hurting Rubio. Rubio has won PR and MN. If Kasich drops out, than Rubio might have a chance. Kasich is just helping Trump. I'm tired of the Rubio hatred and the Kasich worship on here. YOU CAN'T STUMP THE TRUMP.

If you think Kasich's bombing, my god, look at Rubio's numbers? Rubio is at 8% in Michigan, and 4% in Mississippi!

How on earth could you argue for Kasich to drop out over Rubio? Rubio has absolutely collapsed.

Rubio has Todd Fing Akin's position on abortion. He is not going to win Kasich moderates. They will stay home or go to Trump.

Cruz should offer Kasich his VP slot.

Rubio should go skip some senate votes for a foam party.

Indeed.  He actually beat Rubio in Mississippi, which is beyond me.

Kasich has moved up.  Rubio has moved down.
Kasich hasn't been given a real chance yet.  Rubio's been given several.
Clearly Rubio should drop out and the establishment should see what Kasich can do with 25 million dollars, a media spotlight and some high-powered endorsements.

The 15th will fully answer this question. If Rubio doesn't win Florida, he should drop. If Kasich doesn't win Ohio, he should drop. And I'm sorry, but I don't see any evidence for your statement that "Rubio is much more likely to win than Kasich"; if anything, I see Kasich now gaining momentum, where Rubio is simply losing ground.

Yeah, it makes you wonder what would've happened if Kasich was given all of Rubio's advantages rather than being dismissed as irrelevant.

Absolutely Rubio.

You're pointing out that Kasich might lose Ohio? At least it is a toss up. Rubio doesn't stand a chance in his home state.

Kasich has gone for the "we need a sane candidate" approach. Going for the moderates and independents that are frustrated with Trump. This gave him 24% in Michigan last night, 30% (and a near win) in Vermont, 18% in Massachusetts, etc.

Through all of these states, Rubio was blessed with disproportionate media coverage as Fox etc. pushed for him to be the alternative. He collapsed under it all, significantly underperforming (including an embarrassing debate performance).

These are all recent contests as well. Rubio's share of the vote has declined as he hopelessly waffles between the "principled conservative" and "sensible moderate" role, never really succeeding in either.

Kasich has a message and is resonating in the more moderate states that are ill from the Trump fiasco. Rubio has nothing. He should drop out.

And Kasich stands a chance with winner take-all states. Cruz has a problem and probably won't gain any primary after Utah and Arizona until Nebraska. He won't have momentum.

Trump is better than Cruz and Rubio, and Kasich isn't going to win. Neither of them should drop out, and Trump should win the nomination.

If, however, you're trying to get Cruz to win over Trump, Rubio needs to drop out. Without Rubio there, Cruz surges and might even be able to beat Trump, plus if there's a brokered convention Cruz can pull out a victory.

What about Missouri? That state went 55% for Rick Santorum.

Both will be out right after they lose their home state, but if either or both win they will probably stay in until the convention.

Cruz is screwed. He's the only other person that could beat Trump. But if Rubio and Kasich stay in and win their home states he has no shot in a 4 way race and if Trump wins one or both of Ohio and Florida he is done because the later states will favor Cruz.

Cruz only hope to beat trump was getting on the phone last night and cutting a deal with Rubio and Kasich to drop out today. That was never gonna happen, so really the only thing left is if Rubio and Kasich stay in and both win their home states than there will probably be a brokered convention.

If Trump wins one or both of the states its to late for Cruz with those many delegates all going to Trump.

So to sum it up if your NOT a trump supporter the best way to probably stop him is a brokered convention and that would take Rubio and Kasich winning their home states and Cruz doing well in a few other states along the way.

Its going to be Donald Trump as the nominee. With a small small chance for a brokered convention.

Be careful what you wish for.  Kasich supporters would surely break for Trump over Cruz, particularly in the North.

Totally true. There has been zero evidence that Cruz will be able to appeal to Republican voters in the Northeast, which is where a huge chuck of the outstanding states are after 3/15.

If Kasich drops out, Rubio might have a chance of winning his home state while Trump goes basically unchallenged in Ohio and the Midwest except for the socially conservative areas that goes to Cruz. Great plan right there.

What's amazing is how people forget Rubio's abortion stance. It's a nonstarter for me since he favors letting the mother die over letting her abort the fetus.

Kasich's supporters would either go to Trump or vote for Hillary if kasich were to drop out first. They wouldn't go flocking to Rubio.
