Sanders needs to win every state. Here is the map:

This includes getting around 60% of the vote or more in every state except New Jersey, New York and Maryland.

I might increase his margin in Washington and Oregon, which would allow him to narrowly lose Maryland and maybe New York and New Jersey. Driving up the margin in California and New Mexico would help too.

In reality, Clinton would have to have an impossibly major scandal for this to happen. I don't think there's anything Sanders or his campaign can do to win at this point, unless polls are horribly wrong.
