Governor Kasich is clearly the best candidate to hold the line on spending.

Kasich is without question a man of competence. But he has no real path to the nomination. This is why TRUMP should consider him as a vice presidential running mate.

Yes, the Marco rating destroys any credibility this has (unless they think he's an empty vessel that will just rely on supply side approved aides for any and every decision.
