Are those last 6.7% of the votes coming in, or what?

Yep, Guinta's got this. Another free pick-up for the D team. Sununu's probably going to hold on, but I'm shocked that he had so much trouble. It looks like the Sununu brand isn't what it used to be.

Like I said his name might have actually been the only way someone who restored funding for planned parenthood could win a republican primary

Okay, I officially apologize that my screen name is what it is and I'm asking this, but what happened here?

No.

"A “stunned” Philip Pidot is ending his bid for Congress after a federal appeals court on Wednesday reversed a decision to hold an unusual October primary against Republican Jack Martins.

The decision by the federal court ended the improbably and protracted bid by Pidot against Martins, a state senator."

So, we have to wait until November 8th with "primary" in Louisiana and general election elsewhere...

smoltchanov is correct. Here's an actual article: http://www.newsday.com/long-island/nassau/federal-appeals-court-rejects-gop-primary-in-3rd-cd-1.12315653

Marisol Alcantara, who won the Democratic Primary in a safe district running as a "Progressive" and avid Sanders supporting, is going to join the IDC, thus making it even harder for Democrats to take back the New York State Senate.

AZ-5 R FINAL RESULT: Biggs defeats Jones by 27 votes.

http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/news/2016/09/16/arizona-recount-biggs-beats-jones-by-27-votes-in.html

That was the last uncalled congressional primary, so this thread can be locked now.

Assuming Lisa Blunt Rochester wins DE-AL in November (very likely), she will be the first woman and the first African-American to represent Delaware in Congress, leaving only Vermont (!!!) and Mississippi as the only states that have yet to send a woman to Congress. Vermont has at least had a female Governor (Miss. hasn't), and has the excuse of having only 3 people to send to Congress (though that didn't hurt MT, ND, SD, WY, and AK, and now Delaware).

I'd also like to point out that Montana sent not only the first woman to Congress, but also the only woman to vote to give women the right to vote (Jeanette Rankin). Funny how this just came up, I actually wrote a post about her a few days ago. Also, how ironic that Vermont has not sent a woman to Congress yet, while the state next to it has turned its back on male politicians.

Maybe you should keep it open for more analysis, at least until we have a thread open up for general elections.

Missouri specific news, but the redo election for the 78th district was today, and the challenger, Bruce Franks, won in a landslide against incumbent Penny Hubbard. Long story short, there was a bunch of sketchiness with absentee ballots and other shenanigans on election day, and a judge ordered a new election. There is also a court case pending on the Democratic committeeman post in the 5th Ward, so the Hubbard 5th Ward machine might be about to crumble.
