He seems to run very poor campaigns. His staff was involved in two voter fraud cases, one in which his campaign funded a "tea party" candidate to siphon votes away from the Republican candidate, and another involving fraudulent absentee ballots. Garcia denies any involvement, but it makes him look shady. Democrats have to win this seat in order to get close to the majority in the House, and I think Taddeo would be a much better candidate against Carlos Curbelo than Garcia would.

I'd still call FL-26 a toss-up, and that's assuming Hillary only narrowly wins Florida. Garcia could still definitely win, he didn't lose by that much in 2014.
